The editor accepts single PDF files up to 100 MB or 200 pages; if you upload multiple files to combine, the combined page limit is 500 pages and a combined size limit of 300 MB. On mobile browsers the practical limit is lower (around 30–50 MB) because Safari on iOS and some Android WebViews have stricter memory budgets. If your PDF exceeds limits, use the Split PDF or Compress PDF tools first to break it into smaller chunks before organizing.

Open your .pdf, click the thumbnail of the page(s) you want to remove, and press the trash-can Delete icon (or press Delete on your keyboard); use Shift to select a range first. Deletion removes pages from the document structure without recompressing remaining pages, so original vector/text quality is preserved. After deleting, click Save changes then Download PDF; the output is a standard .pdf file with the same page resolution as the originals unless you explicitly choose a compression step afterward.

Yes — use the Split PDF feature: after uploading, select a page range (Shift+click) and click the Extract/Save selected as button to create a new .pdf composed only of those pages. Repeat for other ranges to build multiple smaller files. You can also drag pages between two uploaded PDFs (use Add files to upload multiple documents), then Save changes and download each output file separately. This method keeps page order control while producing smaller PDFs under the site’s size limits.

If a PDF is password-protected, the site will prompt for the password before showing thumbnails; enter the correct password to unlock and then you can reorder, rotate, or delete. The tool does not attempt to bypass encryption; if you don’t have the password it will return an error stating “Password required” and refuse to process. If your PDF is a scanned image without embedded OCR text, reordering or deleting pages preserves the image data and will not add searchable text. Internet Explorer is not supported; if you see blank thumbnails, try switching to Chrome or Firefox and clear the browser cache if the issue persists.

No signup is required and downloads are available immediately after you click Save changes — the site does not add a watermark to your output PDF. Work on desktop Chrome or Firefox to avoid mobile memory limits, and after finishing, optionally combine the cleaned sections with Add files → drag into desired order → Save changes to produce the final merged .pdf.
