    Differences usually come from color profiles, display gamut and compression: this web tool assumes sRGB output, whereas Photoshop may be using Adobe RGB, Display P3, or a document profile. Also JPEG/WebP compression and browser color management can shift values slightly; sampling on a compressed or resized file will return the file’s pixel value, not the camera sensor’s raw color.
