Chrome/Edge on desktop with HEIC codecs can upload HEIC directly, but if the tool can’t parse a file you’ll see a “Unsupported format” error. As a workaround use the Convert to JPG option in your phone’s Share menu or export images via Apple’s Photos → File → Export to JPG before uploading.
